2.1. Shipping Locations

We ship to locations within Canada, the United States, and United States minority locations. At this time, we do not offer shipping to Mexico.

Our shipments are dispatched through expedited and standard methods, utilizing reputable carriers such as UPS, Purolator, FedEx, Canpar, USPS, and other local carriers as deemed appropriate by region. Carrier selection is at our discretion based on destination and product type.

All orders are eligible for free shipping, with no minimum purchase required. This applies uniformly to both domestic and international shipments.

2.4. Processing Time

Orders received prior to 4:30 PM EST are generally processed and dispatched on the same business day. On occasions of high order volume, processing may be delayed by 1-2 business days. International orders placed before 5:30 PM EST are shipped the same day, with an allowance of 1 business day for border crossing.
