1. Overview of Warranty

At New Age Canada Inc., we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. To demonstrate our commitment to excellence, we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all products purchased from us. This warranty is provided to the original purchaser and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

2. Warranty Coverage

This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers:

  • Defects in Materials: Any flaws in the materials used to manufacture the product.
  • Defects in Workmanship: Any errors or faults that occur during the manufacturing process.

3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover the following:

  • Modifications or Alterations: Any changes or modifications made to the product by the user.
  • Misuse or Abuse: Damage caused by improper use, neglect, or failure to follow the product’s instructions.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Wear and tear that occurs from regular use over time, including cosmetic damage.
  • Incidental or Consequential Damages: Any costs or damages arising from the inability to use the product, such as loss of use, loss of profits, or any other consequential or incidental damages.
  • Improper Installation: Damage resulting from improper or incorrect installation of the product.
  • Unauthorized Repairs: Any repair or tampering with the product by an unauthorized person or service provider.

4. Warranty Period

The Limited Lifetime Warranty is valid for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This means that as long as you, the original purchaser, own the product, the warranty will remain in effect.

5. How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product is defective and falls under the terms of this warranty, please follow the steps below to make a warranty claim:

Step 1: Contact Customer Service

  • Email our customer service team at info@newageamerica.com.
  • Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting documentation (e.g., photos of the defect).

Step 2: Evaluation of the Claim

  • Our customer service team will review your claim and may request additional information or documentation.
  • If the claim is deemed valid, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Step 3: Return the Product (if required)

  • In some cases, we may ask you to return the defective product for further inspection.
  • You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  • Securely package the product and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team.

Step 4: Resolution

  • Replacement: If the product is found to be defective, we will replace it with the same or a comparable product at no additional cost to you.
  • Store Credit: In some cases, if a replacement is not available, we may issue store credit for the original purchase price.
  • Refunds: Please note that this warranty does not provide for refunds. Refunds are only processed under our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

Flat Fee for All Warranty Claims: A flat fee of $5 will be charged for shipping, regardless of whether the product is deemed defective or if the warranty claim is not validated. This fee will either be deducted from the store credit or charged prior to the warranty service. Exceptions may be made and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitations of Liability

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by New Age Canada Inc. and supersedes all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective products or the issuance of store credit as outlined above.

New Age Canada Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Non-Transferability

This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable. Any warranty claims made by a person other than the original purchaser will not be honored.

9. Changes to Warranty Terms

We reserve the right to modify or terminate this warranty at any time without notice. Any changes will be posted directly on this page.

10. Governing Law

This warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising out of or related to this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
