1. Shipping Locations
New Age Canada Inc. currently ships to the following locations:
- Canada: Nationwide, including all provinces and territories.
- United States: Nationwide, including U.S. minority locations (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands).
Note: We do not currently offer shipping to any other countries outside of Canada and the United States at this moment.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We primarily offer Expedited Shipping as our default option to ensure fast delivery times. However, in certain regions where expedited shipping is not available, we will use Standard Shipping instead. Our trusted carriers include:
- Canada: UPS, Purolator, Canpar, FedEx, and other local carriers based on the destination.
- United States: USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other local carriers based on the destination.
Expedited Shipping: Where available, expedited shipping is prioritized to ensure quicker delivery times.
Standard Shipping: If expedited shipping is unavailable in your region, your order will be shipped using standard shipping, which typically takes longer but still ensures timely delivery.
3. Shipping Costs
New Age Canada Inc. is pleased to offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase requirement. This applies to both domestic (Canada) and international (U.S.) orders.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 4:30 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) on business days (Monday to Friday) are typically processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff time or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
High-Volume Periods: During peak periods (e.g., holidays, promotional sales), processing times may extend by 1-2 business days. We will notify you if we expect significant delays.
5. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary based on the shipping method used and the destination:
- Canada:
- Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
- United States:
- Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
Note: These are estimated delivery times provided by our carriers and may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, and border crossing.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment:
- Tracking via Email: Follow the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
- Tracking via Website: Visit our “Track Order” page on https://newageamerica.com/ and enter your tracking number to see the current status of your shipment.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any addresses within restricted zones. If your shipping address is a P.O. box or an APO/FPO address, we will contact you to request an alternative address. Failure to provide an alternative address will result in the cancellation of your order.
8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Canadian Orders: Applicable taxes (HST, GST, PST, QST) will be calculated and added to your order at checkout based on your shipping address.
U.S. Orders: New Age Canada Inc. covers all customs duties, taxes, and any local U.S. taxes under Section 321. This means you won’t be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order (or within 48 hours of the expected delivery date if your shipment was not received). We will initiate an investigation with the carrier to locate your package or file a claim for damages. If necessary, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
10. Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping information provided at checkout is accurate. If you realize that you have provided incorrect shipping details, please contact us immediately at info@newageamerica.com.
Incorrect Address: If your order has already been shipped, we will attempt to reroute the package. If the package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, we will process a refund minus any shipping costs.
11. Changes to Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our shipping practices, carrier options, or other operational needs. Any changes will be posted directly on this page.
