1. Return Eligibility

At New Age Canada Inc., we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return window for eligible products. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom products and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) cannot be returned.

Note: Products that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Customer Service: Email us at info@newageamerica.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting documentation (e.g., photos of a damaged item).
  • Receive an RMA Number: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be included with your returned package.
  • Prepare Your Return: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all original accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship Your Return: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that we receive your return.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Damaged Products: If you are returning a product due to a defect or damage incurred during shipping, New Age Canada Inc. will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us before shipping the item.
  • Other Returns: For all other returns, a flat fee of $5 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

  • Partial Refunds: If the returned product is not in its original condition, or if there are missing parts or accessories, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please:

  • Check your bank account and credit card statement.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@newageamerica.com for further assistance.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

7. Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for return and refund under the same terms as regularly priced items, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

8. International Returns

We accept returns from both Canada and the United States. The same return process applies to all international returns.

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom Products: Products that have been personalized or custom-made to your specifications.
  • PPE: Personal Protective Equipment, due to health and safety regulations.

10. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@newageamerica.com. Provide your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

11. Return Address

Returns should be sent to the address provided by our customer service team when you request an RMA number.
